By accessing or using OrientDao ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OrientDao provides AI-powered Eastern wisdom tools including Five Elements personality quiz, face reading analysis, dream interpretation, feng shui space analysis, and AI chat guidance. The Service is provided "as is" for entertainment and self-reflection purposes.
3. Entertainment Disclaimer
All content provided by OrientDao is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Our analyses are based on classical Chinese texts and AI interpretation. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
4. User Accounts
OrientDao uses anonymous browser-based identification. No account registration is required. Your results are stored locally in your browser and on our servers using an anonymous identifier.
5. Paid Features
Single Unlock ($2.99): One-time payment to unlock full report for one module (Face Reading, Dream Decoder, or Space Energy). Permanent access to the unlocked result.
All Modules Unlock ($6.99): One-time payment to unlock all three modules. Permanent access.
Dao Pro ($29.99/year): Annual subscription including all module unlocks, unlimited AI Master Chat, and premium features. Auto-renews annually. Cancel anytime.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and chargebacks. By making a purchase, you agree to Creem's terms of service as well.
7. Refund Policy
Single unlocks are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Dao Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and you may request a prorated refund within 14 days. Contact us at hello@orientdao.com to request a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
The OrientDao software, design, and content are owned by OrientDao. The classical texts used in our knowledge base are in the public domain. AI-generated content is provided for your personal use.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
OrientDao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
